2. Quotations & Orders
Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to seasonal availability of species and stock at the time of confirmation. An order is confirmed only upon our written acknowledgement.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees, exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms will be specified on the quotation or invoice and are to be honoured as agreed.
4. Delivery & Handling
Delivery schedules communicated at order confirmation are estimates. Saplings are living material and require prompt planting or care upon receipt; we are not responsible for losses caused by delayed handling after delivery.
5. Plant Health & Returns
Any concerns regarding plant health or shortage must be raised in writing within the period noted on the delivery documentation, with supporting photographs where possible.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for losses arising from site conditions, planting practices, or post-delivery care.
